In yesterday’s gospel reading, 2 of Jesus’ disciples were arguing about which one is the greatest, who would sit where next to Jesus.  They weren’t simply arguing about who would sit where though, they were arguing about power – who has it – who doesn’t… Power is aobut an underlying need to be in control in your life – sometimes thing happen in life to show you that you are not actually in control. Hear Deacon Del talk about his recent life experience that showed him that he was not in control, how he was dependent on many people, how during his time in rehab he really began to feel the love of his family, the parish and beyond and how receiving Jesus in the Eucharist was the beginning of the healing for him.
